Is there a connection between Wooclap and Wooflash?
To access Wooflash, you must create a new account directly on the platform. However, you can import your Wooclap events directly into Wooflash to convert your Wooclap questions into exam questions.

How can I create my exams with Wooflash?
Create your Wooflash account for free. You can create one or more Wooflash courses and convert them into exams using the “Exam option”. Use these courses to test your students' knowledge.
Can the grading of the questions be customised?
At the end of the exam, teachers will be able to download an Excel file containing the marks of all the students for all the questions and adapt the scoring of each question for a customised grade. Thus, in the same MCQ, you can add and remove points for right and wrong answers. You can for example say that each correct answer is worth 0.5 points and that each wrong answer means losing 0.25 points.
How often can students answer a question?
Students will be able to answer a question more than once. Only the last answer will be taken into account.
Where will the answers to the questions be stored?
The answers will be saved in our system to ensure that the data is saved. At the end of the exam, teachers will be able to download an Excel file containing the marks of all the students for all the questions.
Can I set a specific exam date and impose a time limit?
You can control the length of exams by setting a beginning and end time between which a student can take the exam. You can also set a time limit which starts once the student has started the exam. Concretely, if you do not define a time limit, students will be able to pass the exam between the beginning and end time without restriction. Will students be able to follow the questions they answered?
Students will have an overview of the questions they have already answered. This will give them an overview on the progress of their exam.
How are students taking the exam identified?
Students who take the exam are identified with an email address.
Are the questions asked in a specific order or in random order?
Questions can be asked in a specified order or in a random one. Students will also be able to switch between questions at any time.
Is it possible to limit the response time for each question?
Students can navigate freely between questions. Therefore, it is not possible to set a response time for each question: only an exam duration is applied.
Is it possible to grant additional time for students with disabilities?
It is not possible to differentiate time per student for a single exam. However, if students need additional time, you can duplicate the exam and apply another exam time according to their needs. These students will then have to connect to the exam with another code.
Can students ask teachers questions during the exam session?
Our system does not include a communication device between the teacher and the students.
What happens if a student’s internet connection fails and they return to the exam? Do they lose their answers?
When a student’s internet connection fails or they refresh the page, Wooflash offers to continue the exam with all the answers they had already entered. The answers are saved in our system each time the student validates one.
